I am Brenda M. de Jesús Dávila, I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After graduating from fourth grade from La Inmaculada High School in Manatí, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Bayamón Campus. From that moment on I had the opportunity to develop professionally in mortgage banking for more than 17 years. Thanks to my dedication to my clients, the bank assigned me to manage the New Projects department, which I felt very attracted to because I continued to help families achieve their dreams. The knowledge of finance, combined with the desire to help clients obtain their mortgage loan gave me a lot of satisfaction. When the time came for me to take a new direction, I decided to work as a Financing Manager for a housing developer. However, I wanted to do more for my clients, that’s why I decided to get my Real Estate Broker’s license for 2009. My loyalty to the one who gives me the opportunity to grow is very important to me, I have been working for 10 years for the one who gave me the opportunity to work for “HMP PROPERTIES”. Its president Helga Piñeiro, with her I have learned the right way to sell a home, now I can not only help a buyer, see his dream of “A Home” but also help to make the best decision to those who want to sell their property. When you do your job responsibly and respecting the needs of each client is when I say that I was born to help.
