I am Brenda M. de Jesús Dávila, I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After graduating from the fourth year of La Inmaculada High School in Manatí, I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Bayamón Campus. From that moment on, I had the opportunity to develop professionally in mortgage banking for more than 17 years. Thanks to my performance and dedication with clients, I had the honor of being recognized on several occasions as one of the bank’s Top Producer of Mortgage Loans in the New Projects department, which attracted me to continue helping families achieve their dreams. The knowledge of finance, combined with the desire to help clients obtain their mortgage loan, gave me a lot of satisfaction. When it was time to take a new direction, I decided to work as a Financing Manager for a housing developer. However, I wanted to do more for my clients, so I decided to get my realtor’s license in 2009.

My loyalty to the one who gives me the opportunity to grow is very important to me, I have been working for 16 years for the one who gave me the opportunity to work for “HMP PROPERTIES”. Its president Helga Piñeiro, with her I have learned the right way to sell a home, now I can not only help a buyer, to see his dream of “A Home” but also help to make the best decision to those who want to sell their property. When you do your job with responsibility and respecting the needs of each client is when I say that I was born to help.
