HELGA M. PIÑEIRO
I am an accomplished real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in various professional endeavors. I owe my success to being a relentless, committed, and goal-oriented team player, who continuously strives to achieve higher standards until I surpass customers’ expectations in every real estate transaction. My pride is having successfully served public, individual, and corporate clients, continuously promoting and providing excellence and quality to the real estate industry with every new endeavor, as evidenced by my customers.
Founder and President of HMP Properties Inc, a San Juan-based corporation dedicated to providing professional real estate brokerage services, my team and I provide services for the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties across Puerto Rico. We also serve as the exclusive REO listing agent for many federal agencies and private investors.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Puerto Rico at Río Piedras and am an SFR-certified and CDPE real estate agent. I am a good-standing member of the San Juan Board of Realtors, as well as past Vice-President of the Association of Real Estate Rentals (AABI, for its Spanish acronym) and have been recognized by local banking institutions for my ample knowledge of the REO and Short Sale business.
I feel honored to have guided hundreds of families in the Short Sale process to sell their properties in a timely manner and to have helped private investors, companies dedicated to asset management, and international and local banks to reduce their REO inventories. In sum, I am passionate and ethical about the real estate business and its social impact.
