Sharito Torres Laboy

Hi, name is Sharito Torres Laboy, originally from Villalba, Puerto Rico, and currently residing in Canóvanas, Puerto Rico. From an early age, I have been passionate about serving my community and helping others achieve their goals—values that have guided my professional journey.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico, Ponce Campus, where I built a strong foundation in leadership, organizational management, and people development. I later pursued and completed an MBA in Global Management at the University of Phoenix, which gave me a broader, strategic, and global perspective on business practices.

For 26 years, I served in the public sector, gaining extensive experience in real estate property taxation, where I worked closely with processes involving property valuation, compliance, and tax regulations. Additionally, I have two years of experience in federal taxation, further strengthening my expertise in fiscal and administrative matters.

Today, I have embraced the opportunity to practice as a Real Estate Broker, combining my background in administration, taxation, and public service with my passion for helping people. My mission is to provide clients with comprehensive, reliable guidance throughout the process of buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

What sets me apart is my ability to integrate both the transactional and tax perspectives of real estate. I understand not only the buying and selling process but also the financial and tax implications that come with every decision.
