Santos Ferrer Lugo

My name is Santos Ferrer Lugo, and I am a professional with extensive experience in education, plumbing, and now real estate. Throughout my career in education, I worked as a teacher at all three levels: elementary, middle school, and high school. Later, I held the position of Educational Technology Specialist in the Mayagüez Educational Region and then assumed the position of School Principal, from which I retired after 25 years of service. In 2020, I decided to take my career in a new direction, which allowed me to explore new opportunities and challenges. This career path provided me with the necessary knowledge in management and allowed me to develop a comprehensive approach to leadership and educational management.

From a young age, I learned the plumbing trade from my father, which allowed me to develop a technical and practical perspective that I now apply to real estate. In addition, I inherited a valuable lesson from my mother: to fight and persevere in the face of new challenges. Her example has inspired me to never stop and always seek new challenges, which has led me to venture into the world of real estate with the same passion and determination.

Today, my goal in real estate is to help my clients identify and take advantage of the best opportunities, providing them with a service based on trust, honesty, and commitment, so that they can make sound and confident decisions in the process of buying, selling, or investing.
