Por una raz\u00f3n o por la otra la ley contempla algunas alternativas para los casos en los que un heredero quiere vender y otro no.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cuando se adjudica la vivienda a un heredero vamos a considerar el siguiente escenario:<\/strong><br \/>\nMargarita ha fallecido y ha dejado una \u00fanica vivienda a sus dos hijos Juan y Fernando. Juan desea vender la propiedad, pero Fernando se opone a esta idea. Debido a que una casa es indivisible se requiere el consentimiento de ambos herederos para vender la propiedad heredada. Sin embargo, existen leyes que otorgan alternativas para solucionar este tipo de situaciones.
