I am Milton J. De Jesus Caraballo, raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico, although proudly considered a Juanadino for the past 25 years. My educational background includes a BBA with a concentration in Accounting and an MBA in Global Logistics, both obtained at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

I dedicated 26 years to the United States Army National Guard in Puerto Rico, where I served with distinction and retired from active duty. My military career includes the honor of being a Veteran of the Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom campaigns.

Driven by a deep sense of duty, I have always felt a commitment to assist and serve other Veterans, particularly in their housing needs. I am committed to facilitating the use of their benefits, ensuring that those who have served their country can live with the dignity and support they deserve.
