My name is Maricarmen Llorens, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and currently I have given myself the opportunity to practice the profession of Real Estate Broker. I am characterized by my responsibility, punctuality, sincerity and dedication to the job at hand. My main objective in life: to achieve the best and most harmonious environment possible with the people that surround me and to attend in a kind, honest and sincere way to the clients that seek my services. I have known this field of Real Estate since I was a child, since my mother was a Realtor (Lic # 816) and since then I watched, listened and helped her when showing a property. My dad, with his legal experience, gave her advice and help.

Now, I decided to enter personally, joining the group of HMP Properties; I am sure it will be an enriching experience both professionally and personally, since the company has 20 years of experience and the group of people it has, is highly professional and dedicated.
