I am the founder and president of HMP Properties Inc. a firm dedicated to providing professional real estate brokerage services, founded in 2003, with offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Fairfax, Virginia. I am characterized by my dedication, passion, experience and extensive knowledge in real estate. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras and hold the certifications of Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Distress Properties Expert (CDPE). I am also an active member of the San Juan Board of Realtors, Puerto Rico Association of Realtors (PRAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). I regularly offer educational workshops to industry professionals on topics such as Short Sale. Due to the increase of foreclosures in Puerto Rico, I recognized the importance of educating and empowering families and industry professionals about the Short Sale alternative, thus creating the ¡Sal de Eso! campaign. I have been recognized by financial institutions and the MBA for my extensive knowledge in handling Short Sales.
