I am Astrid Perez, a professional committed to management and real estate, passionate about service. I was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico and from an early age I learned the value of work and responsibility, starting my professional path in the hotel industry. My academic training in Business Administration with a major in Business Media at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico allowed me to develop strategic skills in management, communication and negotiation. Throughout my career, I worked in banking and sales, gained experience in business administration and managed my own establishment as a gasoline retailer.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of me, and it was that passion for helping others that led me to enter the world of real estate and management. Today my mission is to facilitate each real estate process with professionalism, transparency and dedication ensuring that each client feels accompanied and well advised at every step.
